2. We don't cut corners. All our kurta's contain more embroidery & sequin.
3. Our kurta fabrics have more weight & hence more costly.
4. All in all, you won't wear a better fit & more comfortable kurta.

We have COD available & easy returns policy. Happily try our kurta's but please, don't misuse the policy.

1. All the kurta are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement.
2.You will receive tracking code within 48 hours of order placement.
3. You will receive kurta within 7 to 10 days from order day.
4. All the orders are shipped for free & cash on delivery is available.

1. We offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience. Please note that a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order. This means that if you return multiple items from a single order, only one Rs 100 deduction will apply.

2. We will attempt to pick up your return twice. 

3. If the courier company is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to send the shipment back to our address. Reverse pick-up availability is subject to serviceability in your area pin code.

Ensure that the items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit, and include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), we will refund the complete amount plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) to your bank account.

Important Notes

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Items returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.
• Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
• Please do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns as packages sent through them will not be accepted. We recommend using Speed Post, a reliable Government of India postal service.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Terms and Conditions

• The bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the details provided are not the responsibility of Vachan.
• If you receive an SMS or email confirmation of delivery but have not received your order, contact us within 24 hours.
• Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and packaging.
• If a product does not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, contact us via Instagram DM: @vachanman1 or WhatsApp: 8610003292 within 1 day with details and photos of the product and its condition.
• Upon return, we will examine the product and notify you via email regarding your refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 working days from the confirmation email.
